A major shift in how we work led us to embrace the remote work way of life, as we swiftly moved to become a remote-first company early in 2020.
Making the choice to go remote into the future meant no half-measures, we are all-in on making remote work work for everyone. We remolded our culture from the office to the digital world, to continue a sense of belonging, joy, and work satisfaction.
We meet online, and adjust to include our people from around the globe, working with state-of-the-art collaborative creative tools. We banter on Slack about projects – and even our pets – to keep connected.
Beyond that, working remotely gives our employees the opportunity to situate their work day as they see fit. Get up early and get going. Start later on and work in the evening if that’s where your creative brain lives. You can even travel out of town, and work from somewhere you’ve dreamed of visiting to build a longer holiday, or just to experience working from a far away café.
