How can we separate and harmonize personal and professional worlds and different working styles?

Well... Well? Well!

Stop me if you've heard this before. You start working from home. At first, you're excited you don't have to commute. Your longest commute is to the kitchen to grab a snack or favorite beverage. And you can work in your PJs!


But slowly, your home becomes your workspace. The line between life and work becomes blurry. Your day becomes just a workday. Your ties with coworkers are thinning. 


On the other hand - long time commuting, many people around, and feeling chained to your desk at the office also couldn't sound less appealing at times.


How do you break the cycle?

There has to be another way. And there is. Flex work in a super comfortable space where you mix and match the perks of both worlds. 


You come to the office only twice a week, meet your colleagues, indulge in inspiring brainstorming sessions or kitchen chitchats, and find a perfect spot to perform your tasks. And still can enjoy your armchair for the rest of the week for deep work or that walk in the park in the middle of the day.

Adjust your schedule to your needs - You're the owner of your calendar and of your day. We're working in various time zones and collaborating on tools that make asynchronous work possible. Some of us kick off our workday at 7 am, some at 9, and we make this work, too!

Get support in handling it all – Everyone sometimes struggles with combining all the duties that appear in our personal and professional lives. Don’t leave difficult emotions unchecked. You can count on free consultations with psychologists from the MentalHealth Helpline as well as periodical meetups, webinars, and educational materials

Focus with ease - In a hybrid world, our train of thought and workflow gets interrupted by tons of meetings, questions, and messages. Immerse yourself deeply in work on meeting-free Wednesdays and get things done!

Healthy body - healthy mind – Our brains can’t function without the proper dosage of oxygen. Take a break from work and go for a walk, to the gym with your Multisport card, or enjoy our yoga, Tabata or back exercise classes. We also have a dedicated Slack channel to share helpful tips and techniques to help us relax and stay fit.

Keep your workload under control – When working in flex environment, it’s easier to overload yourself with excess duties and harder to draw a line between private and professional. Our team leaders are here to help you make realistic and well-balanced plans, so you feel accomplished and not congested!

Don’t be alarmed – Nobody checks whether you’re online all the time. Results are what matter, not your constant presence at the computer. You don’t have to reply to all emails or Slack messages at once - we have a 24-hour rule for that.

Get positive reinforcement – We strongly believe in the power of constructive feedback. We use Culture Amp to garner quality feedback from our colleagues, both for internal reviews and to see what we can improve. It’s also an avenue for coworkers to give kudos to each other.

Join #GetResponsible - One of our goals is to help each other and help the world, from pitching in to helping our neighbors in strife to cleaning the forest or the sea, to offering a helping hand to those that need it. We encourage you to participate in our CSR initiatives, both on- and offline.

Here are our tips and tricks to make that line between personal life and work life in focus:

Create and stick  to work schedule and work routine. Make sure to set a clear goal for a day and to make notes – you don't have to remember everything

Minimize distractions in order to work efficiently

Establish a clear borderline between work and life. Plan your day and even your breaks, this way, it will be easier for your peers and for your family to know when  you're available

Take regular breaks to stretch. Those tiny breaks can help to ease your body and reboot your brain

Have clear goals and work with action plans in place

Take a vacation and don't be afraid to unplug
